By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept the following updated rules for the Summer Giveaway 2025 (Contest R10F):

1. What Are the Prizes?

  • 10 Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 Coupé (approx. €85,000 each)
  • 10 Gold Bars – 5 oz (approx. €12,000 each)
  • 10 Apple Boxes with MacBook Pro, iPhone 16 Pro, AirPods Max, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV (approx. €7,000 each)

2. Ticket Distribution

  • 500,000 total tickets distributed across 50,000 unique ticket numbers (00001–50000)
  • Each ticket number is assigned to 10 different users
  • No user receives duplicate ticket numbers or wins two prizes of the same kind

3. Ticket Purchases

  • Non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Maximum 500 tickets per user
  • Minimum of 35,000 ticket numbers sold required for the draw to proceed

4. Draw Information

  • Scheduled for July 30, 2025 at 8:00 PM (London Time)
  • Broadcast live on our website using a certified RNG system

5. Winner Notification & Claiming

  • Winners notified by email, on Instagram, and in the My Winning section
  • Prizes must be claimed within 7 days via Step 3 in My Winning

6. Prize Details and Delivery

  • Car customization available; may result in added cost and delivery time
  • Car delivery at nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer or winner’s address
  • Shipping, transport, and insurance covered by 10Cars
  • Winners responsible for ownership transfer, registration, and road insurance

7. Fraud and Disqualification

  • Providing false info or creating duplicate accounts may void winnings
  • Use of bots or stolen payment methods will result in disqualification

8. Odds of Winning

  • 1 in 16,666.67 chance of winning with one ticket
  • 1 in 3,333.33 with five tickets

9. Data Privacy

  • 10Cars is GDPR-compliant; no data is sold or misused

10. Promotional Use of Winner Info

  • Winners agree to use of name, country, and prize for promotional use (opt-out available)

11. Eligibility

  • Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence.
  • Employees or affiliates of 10Cars are not eligible.

12. Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

13. Raffle Cancellation

  • If the minimum number of ticket sales is not reached, the raffle may be postponed or canceled.
  • In such cases, users will be contacted regarding next steps or potential refunds.

14. Unclaimed Prizes

  • Prizes not claimed within 7 days may be forfeited and re-awarded or retained by 10Cars.

15. Taxes & Legal Compliance

  • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or legal requirements in their country.

16. Multiple Wins

  • Users cannot win more than one prize of the same category (car, gold, Apple Box).

17. Raffle Transparency

  • The draw uses a certified Random Number Generator and will be publicly verifiable.

18. Limitation of Liability

  • 10Cars is not liable for technical issues, delivery delays, or circumstances beyond its control.

19. Rule Updates

  • Rules may be updated at any time. Users will be notified via email or dashboard notices.
